Deposit and Cancellation policy for colour services
 

To confirm booking for ALL colour services
NEW customers are required to pay a 50% deposit
EXISTING customers are required to pay a 25% deposit

HBs Hairdressing Salon value our clients –
however to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments,
please be advised that we now require a deposit on ALL colour service bookings,
prior to each appointment, to secure the appointment, confirm commitment,
and cover costs if the appointment is missed (no-show) or (cancelled at short notice),
as careful time and preparation is often needed by our team,
in order to deliver the best possible service.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,
we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time,
and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

For this reason,
~We respectfully advise you that ALL deposits are strictly (non refundable)

~Deposits can be transferred to a future appointment if at least 72 HOURS NOTICE 
are given to change a booking, otherwise the deposit will be lost. 

​

~Deposits are (non refundable) if an appointment is cancelled and not rebooked.
This covers the costs that the business still incurs.

The deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your appointment.
